The Cookie Plug Gang Initiation is a comprehensive 3-day operational training program covering all the essential skills needed to thrive as a business owner. You’ll learn about our culture, technology, inventory management, scheduling, accounting, team development, and, of course, how to bake our Bomb cookies. Our in-store operational training focuses on managing your shop and team members, food safety, and both front and back of house procedures. You’ll also receive at-home training to support your business and marketing needs. Plus, franchisees have the opportunity to collaborate with our leadership teams to ensure adherence to the Cookie Plug Playbook and stay on track with your opening timeline.
