Business Real Estate
Each new franchise location is carefully determined between the franchisee, Cookie Plug corporate and our preferred business real estate brokers, who specialize in retail and restaurant placement. Our team will assist you with selecting and securing a site, negotiating a lease, and the build out process.
Cookie Plug takes a hands-on approach during the commercial design and construction process for every franchisee. Our network of approved vendors, architects, and general contractors is essential to the success of the franchise development process.
Our in-house Franchise Marketing Team knows the ins and outs of the Cookie Plug guest profile and has developed a marketing plan that will drive store traffic and sales. Our marketing team will provide you with assistance in creating local marketing plans specific to your market.
This is designed to help you with your grand opening plans and social media presence, along with the implementation of new product launches. Our award-winning public relations firm keeps the brand top-of-mind, with local and national media.
Many brands in our industry charge training fees, we don’t. Cookie Plug Gang Initiation is a 10-day business training program that covers all the necessary skills needed to become a successful business owner. In-Class you will learn about Culture, Technology, Inventory, Scheduling, Accounting, Team Development, and of course baking our Bomb AF cookies. The In-Store operational training is focused on managing shops & team members, food safety and front and back of the house procedures. Franchisees will also have an opportunity to work with our Project Manager teams to make sure they are following the Cookie Plug Playbook and have everything they need to stay on schedule with their opening timeline.
