Step 2 – INITIAL CONSULT

Kick off your journey with a friendly introductory phone call with our Franchise Development Team. This is our opportunity to connect and explore the exciting potential of joining the Cookie Plug family. During this conversation, our Development Coordinator will provide an overview of the franchise process and discuss the next steps involved.

We’ll review the franchise opportunity at a high level, ensuring we align our visions and goals. It’s essential to assess whether this franchise is the right fit for you and your franchise aspirations. If we both agree to proceed, we’ll kick off your online application, setting the stage for the journey ahead!

Step 3 – Short Form Questionnaire

After our initial consultation, you’ll complete a Short Form Questionnaire to confirm your interest in franchise ownership and determine your eligibility. This important step helps us start building your internal Cookie Plug Franchise profile, laying the groundwork for a successful partnership.

Step 4 – Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD)

In this step, you’ll receive the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), offering a comprehensive look into Cookie Plug’s financial performance, investment requirements, compliance terms, and franchise unit economics. We will also provide more details about our marketing and operations systems, along with a copy of the franchise agreement—giving you a complete picture of our business model and franchise framework.

Throughout this process, our team is readily available to answer any questions you may have, ensuring you have all the information needed to make an informed decision about joining the Cookie Plug family.

Step 5 – Territory Proposal and Franchise Application Paperwork

At this stage, you’ll complete the franchise application paperwork, including financial disclosures and credit history, to move forward in the process. You’ll also have the opportunity to identify potential territory for your Cookie Plug location, letting us know you’re ready to take the next steps toward ownership. This is also where we’ll address any remaining questions you have about the Cookie Plug program, bringing you one step closer to securing your territories.

Step 6 – Attend Discovery Day

Your Cookie Plug business development team will schedule a virtual or in-person Discovery Day at our corporate location. This is your opportunity to meet the executive team and see the entire Cookie Plug system firsthand, gaining an in-depth understanding of our culture and support structure. During Discovery Day, we’ll review key areas such as our real estate procedures, manufacturing process, design and construction process, and marketing tools. Additionally, we’ll discuss your business plan to ensure you’re set up for success as a Cookie Plug franchise owner.

Step 7 – Sign the Franchise Agreement

Finalize the franchise agreement to officially join the Cookie Plug family and secure your territories by paying the franchise fees. With your agreement signed, you’ll gain access to ongoing support and resources to help you succeed as a franchise owner, setting the stage for your Cookie Plug journey.

Step 8 – Franchise Awarded

Congratulations and welcome to the Cookie Plug family! With your franchise officially awarded, you’re ready to begin the pre-opening process, setting the foundation for a successful start toyour franchsie journey.
